Terms and conditions

1. Tentative Reservation
On receipt of the reservation inquiry form, we will contact you and provide you with a confirmation of availability, the price for your total rental, and the amount of deposit required (usually 50% of total rental). If your first option is not available, we may suggest other suitable apartment, studio, villa or hotel.

2. Tentative Confirmation
At your request we will put the apartment, studio, villa or hotel on hold for a period of 5 days.

3. Reservation Confirmation
Due to high demand, many apartments, studios, villas or hotels are usually booked in advance. Reservations are handled on “first come, first served” basis. Therefore, if you wish to confirm and secure your booking, it is important that you mention this as soon as possible in order not to lose your booking. To confirm your reservation you will need to forward a Bank Transfer for the deposit amount within 2 working days.

4. Rates
All rates for accommodation are quoted in Rp Indonesian Rupiah and subject to change without prior notice.

All taxes are in accordance with government regulations and service charge is applied at the industry standard.

5. Payments
– A deposit of 50% of the rental including any applicable tax amount must be received by RentRoomBali within 2 working days after confirmation of reservation has been given to guarantee your reservation.

– Final payment is required on arrival.

– Payment can be done in cash (only Rp Indonesian Rupiah) or by bank transfer.

6. Changes to Bookings
All requests for changes to bookings must be made in writing (E-mail is acceptable).

7. Check-in, Check-out and Late Check-out policies
Check-in – Guests are welcome to check-in from 2 pm.
Check-out – Normal check-out time is around 11 am – 12 pm.

8. Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non refundable, unless agreed upon by the property owner on special case by case basis. The balance of rental payment is due before your scheduled arrivals date which once received is also non refundable unless agreed by the owner.

9. Damages, breakages or losses
Clients are responsible for looking after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Clients also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. RentRoomBali reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the clients party or clients visitors cause excessive damage or mess.

10. Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, including evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, theft, cancellation and other travel contingencies.

11. Responsibility
Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay, or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.
