1.Tentative Reservation
On receipt of the reservation inquiry form, we will contact you and provide you with a confirmation of availability, the price for your total rental, and the amount of deposit required (usually 50% of total rental). If your first option is not available, we may suggest other suitable Studio, Apartment or Villa.
2. First Reservation Confirmation
Due to high demand, many Studios, Apartments or Villas are usually booked in advance. Reservations are handled on “first come, first served” basis. Therefore, if you wish to confirm and secure your booking, it is important that you mention this as soon as possible in order not to lose your booking. To guarantee your reservation you will need to make a payment by Bank Transfer or cash for the deposit amount within 2 working days after the invoice date. The deposit amount need to be received by RentRoomBali within 3 working days after the invoice date.
3. Extension Reservation/ Booking
Extension of your initial reservation is upon availability. If you want to extend your stay at the property, you must let us know as soon as possible but within 10 days after check in date. To guarantee the extension you will need to make a payment by Bank Transfer or cash for the deposit amount within 24 hours after the invoice date. This deposit is non refundable.
4. Rates
All rates for accommodation are quoted in IDR Indonesian Rupiah and subject to change without prior notice. All taxes are in accordance with government regulations and service charge is applied at the industry standard.
5. Payments
– A deposit of 50% of the rental including any applicable tax amount must be received by RentRoomBali within 3 working days after invoice date to guarantee your reservation.
– Final payment is required on arrival at the property.
– Payment can be done in cash (only IDR – Indonesian Rupiah), or by bank transfer (Wise). A possible extra transaction fee will be charged to the tenant.
6. Changes to Bookings
All requests for changes to bookings must be made in writing (E-mail is acceptable).
7. Check-in, Check-out and Late Check-out policies
Check-in – Guests are welcome to check-in from 2 pm.
Check-out – Normal check-out time is around 11 am – 12 pm.
8. Cancellation Policy
All deposits and payments are non refundable.
9. Damages, breakages or losses
Tenants are responsible for looking after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Tenants also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. RentRoomBali reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the clients party or clients visitors cause excessive damage or mess.
10. Conditions and rules
Every property owner has their conditions and house rules. These are leading and need to be accepted by the tenant.
11. Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, including evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, theft, cancellation and other travel contingencies.
12. Responsibility
Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay, or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.
13. Complaints
During your stay, if you find any immediate matters or have complaints, first contact the staff / manager at the property or the property owner.
